Release notes · JefeRust v1.1.0

JefeRust 1.1.0 — Xylem supervision reaches the Rust kernel.

The independent Rust kernel now implements the bounded authority, workload-supervision, and stateless-recovery contract deployed by JefeOS 1.1, while preserving exact cross-kernel compatibility.

Operational validation

The release workload remained healthy

The retained exact-product bot observation ran for 8,527 seconds with 30/30 READY samples, a stable process, advancing balanced heartbeats, and no panic, fatal error, reboot, process restart, or framebuffer failure.

Deliberately deferred

Compatibility without inflated claims

JefeRust 1.1.0 does not claim resource fencing, authenticated membership, quorum or partition safety, a stable service front door, fleet observability, stateful failover, consensus, generalized placement, or a supported functional GUI. Those remain coordinated post-1.1 work.
